Another NAGSday (the day formerly known as ‘Tuesday’) arrives and it comes with bad news. Those of you who have tuned in over the last few weeks will have heard that we’ve had a few issues with the KUBE Radio studio. This week we’re having more trouble than usual thanks in no small part to Keele University’s Hallsnet network. People off campus can’t connect and that coupled with another dead computer in the studio is the final straw. NAGS is on strike! I’m assured by Neb, or lead technical officer, that the studio will be back up and running at full capacity next week (17th March)!
We love you all and that’s why it’s so important to us that you can be a part of the show. We’ve heard whispers of a new webcam in the coming weeks too! Hoorah!
As a side note if you want to get your views, concerns, ideas or complements to us then please get involved with our Get Satisfaction page and tell us what you’re thinking!
To enter tonight’s competition simply name the two people you’d most like to see perform this dance. Email your entry (or entries) to nags[at]pandapoo[dot]com NOW and we’ll pick a winner at the end of the show. To keep your dancing energy levels up the winner will receive one month’s supply of flapjacks from our friends at The Fabulous Bakin’ Boys!
Entries open to UK residents only. ..sorry!
UPDATE:
Winner: Robin Saikul with ‘Nick & Georgie’. It might have been an obvious choice but there’s no denying the genius.
It’s official, twitter is taking over the world. The chances are that if you’re a bit of a geek then you’re probably already on twitter and if not then you’re pretty tempted already aren’t you? Well for those of you who want to follow us, you guessed it; now you can!

As the Christmas break begins at Keele University; the home of KUBE Radio, we’re going to be off the air for a few weeks while we all stuff ourselves with minced pies, wine and turkey! We’ll update the blog as soon as we have more news for you about our return for our third season beginning in late January or Early February 2009.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1) on the second day God created the expanse that was the sky. Many years later Guglielmo Marconi invented the Radio and filled the sky with waves of voice, music, and talent. Centuries past and in 2008 the radio was filled with an almighty talent; that of several young men and women - Tune in soon to a computer near you ;)
Welcome to The NAGS Army!
